Discounted Sunglasses are aware that the delivery of the item is a vital part of the purchase process.  Therefore we offer free delivery to the US and Canada. Service is provided by Spring Global Mail. This offers a trackable service. You may track your service on the Spring Global website. This is a trusted service that we have used for our international orders for many years. Spring Global will collect your parcel from our Warehouse in the UK and get it to the US. At this point, USPS will take over and deliver your item to your shipping address. Same goes to customers in Canada, but instead Canada Post will finish off the last leg of your parcels journey. 

We are based in the UK and have over 15 years of selling online to the UK and the rest of the world. Your order is safe with us and we will do everything we can to make sure that your order is dispatched as fast as possible and delivered promptly. We have a guideline of how long your parcel could take to get to you below. We have experienced that parcels going to Chicago usually take longer than the rest of the USA. We also notice that sometimes customs can take a little time to clear your product. Once your product has left our warehouse, we cannot speed up, divert or stop your parcel from arriving. But what we can do is get in touch with the currier, give you a tracking code and help you as much as we can to ensure we know what is going on with your parcel.
